MCFT Virtual Code of Conduct
1) Use a computer to join the webinar (not your phone!)
It is important for everyone to be able to see speakers on the Zoom screen, so please, no phone dial-ins unless absolutely necessary. We will monitor screen/noise interference, but do your part in making sure you’re muted unless you’re speaking! Otherwise, we may “OK, Boomer” you.
2) Get involved
We understand this is a time commitment, and we want to make it as interactive as possible! Our panelists are taking this event seriously, but it takes everyone to make these discussions valuable. Please note there are 2 ways to ask questions on this webinar:
a) Use the “Raise Your Hand” feature and Shane will unmute you/turn on video to allow you to ask your question during Q+A.3) Be respectful of breaks
At just over 21 hours, Amra Ekta Cinema Banabo (English Title: The Innocence) is the longest non-experimental film ever made. We know watching a screen for hours can be tiring, but don’t worry -- we’ve respected that by cutting down our program and inserting 10 minute breaks throughout. With that in mind, we ask that you be vigilant of time during breaks and join promptly at each session’s start.
4) Use WFH to your advantage!
As a founder, the team you build is just as important as the product/service itself. Now that we’re going remote, we encourage you to use this format as a way to connect your broader team to MassChallenge. Want your marketing lead to sit in on a panel, or your sales team to participate in our enterprise sales session? Invite them to join. Give them this opportunity to learn and grow – it will help them and your business.
